Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Include the RA number and a copy of your invoice with the returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
